Our Capital Expense Workflow is an end-to-end solution that enables clients to make smarter, data-driven decisions with investment dollars. We deliver a flexible management system that standardizes information gathering, opportunity assessment, Capital Expense Request approval, and prioritization.
Our Solution
We worked with the leadership team to define criteria used for assessing new business opportunities via capital expenditures. Those criteria were built into a standardized submission form with incorporated rules and workflows enabling our client to make faster decisions, and track implementation through SharePoint or MS Teams. The solution was connected to Power BI Analytics for dashboarding and connecting to budgets extracted from ERP/Financial system in use.
Timeline
4 months for initial workflow. Subsequent implementations are 30 days or less depending on client availability.
